The heavy-hitting track comes from one of the biggest names in modern-day dubstep and a mysterious duo with supersonic beats from many galaxies away. It marks the first time Excision and ATLiens have teamed up despite playing together around the festival circuit many times. Some attentive fans may have noticed the track last festival season when it showed up in their sets, including at Excision’s flagship event, Lost Lands.
Together, the trio calls upon the sounds of the past and future to decimate speakers with meteoric bass and laser beam cuts. With a dramatic intro much like many of Excision’s anthems, “Dinosaurs From Outer Space” blends his anthemic sounds with the precise, freeform stylings of the masked duo. The final result is a hard-hitting but technical romp from two acts set to hit the road together at Thunderdome this month as well as on several legs of Excision’s expansive “Nexus” tour.
“Dinosaurs From Outer Space” is out now on Excision’s Subsidia. You can stream the new collab here.
